While groups of all sizes are always welcome to Cox Farms without a reservation, our four Pavilion Packages are intended for larger groups of 25-75+ people. These packages are available Saturdays and Sundays between Sep. 17 and Nov. 6 and on Indigenous People’s Day, Oct. 10.

With our Pavilion Packages, you receive exclusive access to the structure, including the allotted number of tables during the specified hours. Our staff doesn’t decorate the pavilions for your event; however, you are welcome to bring your own decorations and tablecloths. For pre-paid food and beverages to enhance your event, check out our convenient hospitality options.

Additionally, while we aim to give our guests the ultimate Cox Farms experience, these rental packages don’t include special services such as after-party cleanup or helpers. If you’re interested in opting for a smaller gathering that includes after-party cleanup service, check out our Party Place.


Our smallest space, ideal for a group of 25-35 people. The Mini Mo pavilion has electricity and 4 picnic tables; the package includes use of space from 10am-3pm and 25 admission tickets.

Our medium space is just the right size if you will have 40-70 people attending your event. The Ford pavilion has electricity and 6 picnic tables; the package includes use of space from 10am-3pm and 40 admission tickets.

Our two large spaces can accommodate groups larger than 75 people. They each have 12 tables and electricity; the package includes use of space from 10am-5pm and 75 admission tickets.
