Steve Bradley
PresidentSteve Bradley
President
Steve Bradley is the president of Cox Farms. He directs overall strategy and execution to drive profitability, durability and topline growth. He has overseen more than $1 billion of investments in technologies and businesses, including BrightFarms and Mucci Farms.
Steve started at Cox in 2001 as an engineer. His role evolved to encompass environmental sustainability and the creation of Cox Conserves, the company’s national sustainability program. Steve then created and led the Cox Cleantech division, where he invested, acquired and developed sustainable businesses and technologies.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Mississippi State University.
Steve has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to community building and conservation. A frequent speaker on industry panels, Steve has served on the boards of numerous for-profit and nonprofit entities. When Steve is not at one of the greenhouses, you will mostly likely find him kiteboarding, surfing and spending time with family on the water.

Josh McClung

Chief Operating Officer
Josh McClung is the Chief Operating Officer at Cox Farms. He is responsible for executing the company’s strategy to drive growth, expand margins and build long-term resiliency through operational excellence and financial discipline.
Josh joined the Cox family of businesses in 2015, where he’s developed growth and diversification strategies and invested more than $1 billion behind them across multiple industries. His leadership has helped scale businesses, optimize performance and position Cox Farms for sustained success.
He began his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley, later moving into private equity and venture capital, where he focused on strategic investments and business transformation. He has been recognized as a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
Based in northern Ohio, Josh enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife and three kids.

Chris Meyerpeter

Chief Technology Officer
Chris Meyerpeter is the Chief Technology Officer at Cox Farms. He drives the company’s technological direction, ensuring that its infrastructure supports the mission of sustainability and growth while keeping Cox Farms at the forefront of agricultural innovation.
Before joining Cox Farms in 2025, Chris had nearly three decades of IT experience, with roles at Ardent Mills and the Monsanto Company. He focused on aligning technology investments with real business impact—particularly in agriculture, food production, and manufacturing.
A Navy veteran, Chris holds a bachelor’s degree from Lindenwood University.
He frequently speaks at trade shows and industry conferences on innovative approaches to driving operational efficiency. Outside the office, Chris enjoys Tampa’s weather by spending time with his family, golfing or visiting anything Disney.

Abby Prior

Chief Commercial Officer
Abby Prior is the Chief Commercial Officer at Cox Farms. She is responsible for accelerating business growth by strengthening retailer relationships and helping grocery shoppers understand the benefits of greenhouse-grown produce.
Prior to taking her current position in 2025, Abby spent the last decade working with Cox Farms’ brand, BrightFarms, including three years as its Chief Commercial Officer, where she led the integration of the sales, marketing and R&D functions.
Abby built her career in brand management and sales at leading food manufacturers—Unilever and Bimbo Bakeries USA. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and a master’s in business administration from the Temple Fox School of Business.
A recognized leader in the indoor agriculture industry, Abby often speaks at industry conferences and has served on produce boards. Based outside of Philadelphia, she enjoys attending her kids’ sporting events and spending time in the Pennsylvania mountains and on the Chesapeake Bay.

Tina May

Acting Chief People Officer
Tina May is the Acting Chief People Officer at Cox Farms. She leads the people strategy across the company’s two brands, Mucci Farms and BrightFarms, supporting sustainable growth and a thriving culture.
Since joining Cox in 2022, Tina has led the recruitment function for centralized talent across divisions, including enterprise technology, corporate functions and executive leadership. She also provided HR support for Cox’s growth businesses, including Cox Farms.
Tina began her career in executive search before gaining corporate experience at two Fortune 500 global companies—ADP and The Coca-Cola Company.
A Georgia native and proud University of Georgia alumna, Tina can often be found running in locations around the world or golfing with her husband and daughter.

Davis Flowers
Director, Strategy & OperationsDavis Flowers
Director, Strategy & Operations
Davis Flowers is the Director of Strategy and Operations at Cox Farms. He partners with leaders at BrightFarms and Mucci Farms to increase revenue, improve margins and reduce volatility through thoughtful system design, project leadership and strategic planning.
Since starting in 2019, Davis has supported the acquisition strategy for both Mucci Farms and BrightFarms, executing valuation analysis, diligence and investment theses that shaped the future of Cox’s presence in controlled-environment agriculture (CEA). As part of the Cleantech Strategy and Investments team, he has also supported over $1 billion in strategic transactions.
Davis brings a foundation in investing and finance from Truist Securities and operational experience from Atticus Franchise Group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Davis lives in Atlanta with his wife and dog and enjoys fly fishing, soccer, reading and playing music with his brothers.
