Host Your Party Without The Hassle

Our Party Place is the perfect way to host your event − without all the headaches that come with planning and cleanup! Our Party Zone tables come fully decorated and reserved for three hours. Each table includes its own Party Box, stocked with festive plates, napkins, party favors and more. All you have to do is choose between a morning and afternoon start time and let us take care of the rest.

Decide On Your Date/Time

Start by deciding on the time and date of your party. Because we are an outdoor venue, we also suggest having a backup date in the case of inclement weather.

Party Place reservations are available Saturdays, Sundays and Indigenous Peoples’ Day with either a morning (10:30 a.m. − 1:30 p.m.) or afternoon (2 − 5 p.m.) start time.

Decide On Tables Needed

Once you’ve established your preferred date/time, determine how many tables you’ll need. Each table seats eight and the featured Party Box is also prepared for eight.

Deposit At Least 72 Hours In Advance

To confirm your reservation, you need to pay for your table(s) in advance. Each table reservation is $59.

If you decide later to add another table to your reservation, you may do so only if there are sufficient tables available. Additionally, if you need to cancel a table reservation, you may cancel and receive a full refund if you let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

Party Add-Ons

You can pre-purchase food items, extra party favors, Cox Dollars for you and your guests, and other convenient hospitality options here.

Party Notes

You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks and cake (but no open flames/sterno or alcoholic beverages).

A Party Box includes paper plates, napkins, utensils, birthday candles, voucher for ice cream and favors.

Party favors include bandanna, Cox Farms tattoo and airplane glider. A small patch pumpkin is included with Fall Festival admission, so each guest will also take home a pumpkin.

Each decorated table is themed in primary colors, while seasonal centerpieces may include pumpkins, apples or other fall-related produce.

Admission Notes

Please note that admission tickets are not included in the price of your table reservation. Admission tickets may be purchased on the day of your event or pre-paid online through our Ticketbooth.

Tickets are required for any guest age two or older. Any child under 24 months old receives free admission. If you’re planning a party for an older child, please remember that children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

While we can take your pre-orders for food, you’ll need to make sure you have enough people to help you transport your food and drinks from the kitchen to your table.

While your party tables are reserved only during the specified time slot, your admission tickets are valid for the duration of the day (10 a.m. − 6 p.m., or 5 p.m. in November), so if you would prefer that your guests arrive earlier to enjoy more of the festival, feel free to coordinate with them to do so. Of course, everyone is welcome to stay at the Fall Festival until closing, even after your party table reservation ends.
