Host Your Own Party At Our Fall Festival

If you want to take care of all the planning details yourself, our team has outlined a few steps for you to make your party a success.

Prepare Your Guest List

First decide how many of your guests you’ll pay for with pre-paid Fall Festival admission tickets. You can pre-pay for as few or as many guests as you’d like. Tickets are only available online and may sell out, so make sure all the tickets you need are purchased in advance.

Remember that everyone two years old and above, including any parent, chaperone or helper, must pay admission. Children must be supervised at all times, and no one under the age of 14 will be admitted into the Fall Festival without proper adult supervision.

You’ll need helpers to assist with purchasing any food or drink at the festival. For convenient pre-paid food and beverages to enhance your event, check out our hospitality options.

Buy Your Tickets

Once you determine how many guests will attend, purchase your tickets online. Tickets are only available online and it is strongly advised to buy them at least 72 hours in advance as they are limited and may sell out. Unused tickets are fully refundable. If your guests will be purchasing their own tickets, please let them know in advance and encourage them to purchase prior to the day of the event.

Arrive Early

Because there isn’t a set reservation for your party, you’ll want to arrive early enough to ensure you have time to snag a picnic table and set up your own cake and decorations. Please note: while tables are available on a first come, first serve basis, DIY parties are limited to a maximum of two picnic tables. Also remember that you can purchase any extra food or drinks once you’ve arrived and have set up shop.

With that said, please be sure that you tell your guests where you will set up so that they aren’t sent on a wild-goose chase!

Guest Check-In

Lastly, please leave the names of your pre-paid guests at our Party Check-In/Ticket Booth #10. (If your event is on a weekday, please bring your guest list to the Customer Service booth.) Your guests will be able to check in there, and we’ll issue them their admission wristbands.
