What if I miss my hayride time? If I bought a ticket but can no longer come at that time/date, can I use the ticket for another time?

Ticket times are for a set 15-minute timeframe on a specific date. If you are within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, you can go ahead and redeem your ticket. If you arrive very early or very late, you may be asked to reschedule your visit by initiating a refund for your original ticket online and then purchasing a new one for the date and time you will actually attend. If there is no line when you arrive, you may be allowed to redeem your original ticket. If you are attending on an entirely different date, you will need to have your original ticket refunded and purchase a new ticket.
