I purchased a ticket or market item online but changed my mind. How do I get a refund?

To initiate a refund, log in to your coxfarms.com account and find “Recent Purchases” on your dashboard. Click on the icon next to the transaction you would like refunded. The process may take up to 72 hours and it could take your financial institution additional time to post the refund. If you have questions or concerns, please email reservations@coxfarms.com.
