We accept returns within 60 days for any reason. Returned items must be in original condition. If returning item by mail, please use the same shipping box in which the item arrived, if possible. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Yes! Items purchased online can be returned at the farm during our posted hours of operation within 60 days of purchase. Please contact us for assistance; advance notice is required for exchanges.

If your item is damaged in transit, please contact Cox Farms at (703) 830-4121 or email info@coxfarms.com, and we will assist you with a return or replacement. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

You have 24 hours to change an address. Once an order has been processed, we can no longer change the address.

If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
